It still needs to be finished, but the walls are up, the rooms are partitioned and the roof is on. This allowed us to begin seeing patients.

The Rotary Foundation Matching Grant Apr 28, 2004
The Topsfield, Boxford, Middleton Rotary Club prepares to submit the following Matching Grant proposal to District 7930 for approval.
President Linda brought the meeting to order and led us in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Joe Carroll quoted Saint Francis' response to the question, "What would you do if you had one day to live/" "I finish hoeing the garden" was his response. Like our own lives in Rotary, finishing what we started is always the most rewarding.

New Members:
Today was a great day in that we installed Janet Larson from Sovereign Bank and Adam Scott from Smith Barney. Welcome to you both. We all have three new members to get to know and welcome into club service. Looking forward to working with you all.
Janet receives her pin from Jan.
Adam receives his pin from Ira.
PHF Recognition:
Paul Brigham was present today. His move to NH is still in the works. Great having you with us today Paul. Harry Martin asked that Paul join him at the front of the room. With great pride and admiration, Harry presented Paul with his First Multiple Paul Harris Fellow Pin in recognition of Paul's contributions to The Rotary Foundation. Congratulations Paul Brigham and thank you for all you've done and will do for Rotary and the world in which we live.
Harry reminded the crowd that every year a sustaining member makes a $100 contribution to The Rotary Foundation. These funds are used to promote good around the world and in our own back yards. Our own back yards by the way have changed. If you attended the meeting when Joe Carroll presented a video of a talk made by Larry Hunter you saw him discuss our shrinking economic world.
