Bob Murphy reminded all that the Golf Tournament is fast approaching for the Middleton Fund Raiser. TBM needs to make an effort to have a good showing of foursomes. Every penny raised is going to benefit the Town. $85 bucks a player is a great bargain. Call all your friends and family who golf and invite them to join in this last hoorah for golf in 2004.
Ira Singer discussed the final coordination for the road race. Bob Murphy is the race guard coordinator. About 150 racers have registered so far. This is the 25th running and Ira's last year at the helm. Decisions need to be made about next year. We continue the tradition. Will we look at a different fund raiser for the TTC. Ira renamed the Club the Middleton Topsfield Boxford Rotary Club. Murphy grinned from ear to ear. Ira, thank you for all your time and effort this year and for all the years past. You've helped the race become part of what we're all about.
President Linda announced that the weekend get away raffle raised $3295 gross and we netted over $2200.
