I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and sincere appreciation to you and your Rotary Club for being one of the top three per capita contributors to the Annual Programs Fund from your district in 1999-2000. The Trustees of The Rotary Foundation recognize your club's efforts and join me in thanking you for your generosity and dedication to the Foundation and its programs.
The Annual Programs Fund is the cornerstone of The Rotary Foundation's giving effort. The money raised by your club allows the Foundation to support the numerous humanitarian and educational programs as well as an infinite number of other projects of international goodwill, that occur each year through the work of The Rotary Foundation.
