The following items are that will be accepted at the BoxTop Consignment and Thrift Shop. Consignment items are on the floor for 60 days. If not sold, they transfer to the thrift side. When consigned items are sold, 50% of the price will be returned to the TMB Rotary Foundation. Items sold on the thrift side benefit the charities of the Community Club. They include the Visiting Nurse Association, scholarships to post-high school students entering the health profession, flu clinics for seniors in Topsfield and Boxford, the Council on Aging, and their many other charities.

There are seasonal parameters to your donations. Consignment does not accept summer clothing after Sept. 1st. Winter clothing is not accepted after Feb. 1st. Anything, at any time, can be donated to the thrift side. All items must be clean and pressed and suitable for sale.

Men's clothing: jackets, pants, shirts, sweaters, belts, ties.

Women's clothing: blouses, pants, shorts, skirts, jackets, sweaters, belts, scarves, handbags, jewelry.

Children's clothing: pants, shorts, tops, jackets, shirts, blouses, sweaters.

Children's toys, books, dolls, games.

Household items: pictures, tapes, linens, spreads, pillows, lamps, vases, knick knacks, dishes, glassware, candles, curtains, cookware, small appliances; furniture-only very small items, shelves, stools, small chairs, benches.

Miscellaneous: gift wrap, decorations, baskets.

Remember, this list is only a sample of the things that can be donated. These are suggested to give you ideas, and it is certainly not limited to these items. Use your imagination for the things you might contribute.
